The Academy offers blended learning that combines offline independent learning content with hands-on, live workshops held in the office, along with direct guidance from an assigned mentor who supports students in developing their project skills. In addition, each team may have face-to-face agile meetings arranged in the office, depending on the needs of the team and the circumstances. Official academy language – English.

If you want to successfully graduate from the Academy, you should plan to dedicate approximately ±20 hours per week. Around three hours per week will be allocated to offline lecture content. Another ~3 hours will be spent on live workshops (these will not take place every week; the schedule will be provided at the start of the Academy).

The remaining time should be dedicated to your personal learning and development: implementing the IT project together with your team and working on individual or group assignments.

Do your best to prepare for the admission test, which is designed to assess your logic, Node.js, JavaScript, OOP, SQL basics, and software analysis and design skills. During the test, you may only have a pen; no other materials or electronic devices are allowed. The exam duration is 2 hours, and there are no negative points for incorrect answers.
